Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by responding to inquiries from the general public, customers, and visitors.
- Provide detailed information regarding the organization's activities, departments, office locations, and personnel.
- Accurately log guest and customer interactions, maintaining high standards for data entry and record keeping.
- Train and support AI systems by sharing expertise on effective communication, frequently asked questions, and customer service scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI-driven processes and refine training data.
- Assist with scheduling, registration, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of both human and AI-driven front desk operations to suggest enhancements.

- Experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or related customer-facing role.
