Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a diverse team of mechanics, installers, and repairers in a fully remote setup.
- Oversee and optimize workflow for equipment diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks using AI-driven tools and processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and best practices in all equipment-related operations.
- Review and analyze maintenance reports, troubleshooting data, and performance metrics, providing actionable feedback to your team.
- Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for team members, emphasizing AI integration and emerging technologies.
