AfterQuery is seeking Financial Services Sales Agent Experts to create and refine investment sales challenges for training AI models. In this remote, flexible role, you will design and evaluate sales scenarios that test the AI's ability to interpret and apply complex securities sales principles, ensuring that our models can navigate real-world client relationships, investment recommendations, and regulatory compliance with precision and practical insight. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between proven financial sales practice and innovative AI solutions, making a tangible impact on the future of financial technology.

Commitment: 10 hours/week | Pay: $60 - $120/hr | Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality financial sales questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as prospecting, needs assessment, product recommendations, risk disclosure, objection handling, regulatory compliance, client onboarding, and more.
  • Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to financial sales best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with a team of financial and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Active securities licenses (Series 7, Series 63, or equivalent) and proven experience selling securities, commodities, or financial products with a robust understanding of investment products and sales processes.
  • Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multiple years of financial services sales experience, ideally across diverse product lines and client segments.
  • Prior involvement in sales training, compliance initiatives, or fintech projects.
  • Additional licenses (Series 6, 65/66, insurance licenses) or professional designations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI or technology-driven financial sales applications is a plus.
