Financial Manager Expert

AfterQuery is seeking Financial Manager Experts to create and refine financial management challenges for training AI models. In this remote, flexible role, you will design and evaluate financial scenarios that test the AI's ability to interpret and apply complex financial management principles, ensuring that our models can navigate real-world budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial decision-making with precision and analytical insight. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between proven financial management practice and innovative AI solutions, making a tangible impact on the future of financial technology.

Commitment: 10 hours/week | Pay: $60 - $120/hr | Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality financial management questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, investment analysis, risk management, financial reporting, performance metrics, and more.
• Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to financial management best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with a team of financial and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial management, corporate finance, or financial planning and analysis with a robust understanding of financial principles and business strategy.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple years of financial management experience, ideally across diverse industries and organizational sizes.
• Prior involvement in financial publications, thought leadership, or fintech initiatives.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI or technology-driven financial applications is a plus.
