Are you an experienced financial professional with hands-on knowledge of Indian Financial Regulations, regulatory compliance, and tax laws eager to independently contract and help shape how AI understands financial advisory work? As AI systems increasingly model financial operations and advisory workflows, their accuracy depends on training data grounded in real regulatory environments. That training data begins with experts who know the work firsthand.

We’re seeking independent Financial Compliance Experts with tangible, hands-on experience navigating Indian Financial Regulations (such as SEBI, RBI, and tax regulations). This includes experience with regulatory boundaries, financial risk assessment, and identifying unauthorized financial advice. Your deliverables will include challenging AI models on realistic financial scenarios involving regulatory compliance, illegal and harmful actions, controversial financial advice, and strict domain boundaries.

Contractors will engage the model on highly complex, multi-turn conversational scenarios designed to test system guardrails. You will validate whether its understanding of financial regulations reflects real-world legal boundaries, evaluate its factual accuracy using human-in-the-loop scoring against ground truth, analyze safety bypasses or misinformation, document potential regulatory loopholes, and provide structured feedback to improve how the model reasons about personal finance and sensitive topics.

Deep expertise in Indian financial markets and regulatory frameworks is required to complete these deliverables, including familiarity with SEBI/IRDA regulations, tax optimization laws, and objective financial data comparison. This project requires the ability to distinguish between objective comparisons (e.g., comparing insurance premiums based on public data) and unauthorized advice (e.g., recommending specific stock purchases or asset allocations). Clear communication and the ability to accurately explain and document how financial compliance actually works in practice are essential.

We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
