We are hiring experienced finance professionals with deep experience analyzing public company filings and financial disclosures.
- 2+ years in investment banking, equity research, or buy-side/sell-side analysis (analyst or associate level)
- Strong familiarity with 10-Ks, 10-Qs, S-4s, earnings releases, and related filings
- Hands-on experience with valuation and modeling, including DCFs, LBOs, trading comps, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution, and EV-based valuation frameworks
- Strong understanding of accounting conventions and GAAP-to-non-GAAP adjustments
- Exceptional attention to detail and comfort supporting conclusions with clear evidence and sourcing
Areas you'll work across
- Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
- Earnings analysis, including actuals vs. guidance/consensus and non-GAAP adjustments
- Disclosure and segment reporting analysis across multiple filings
- Financial statement and accounting analysis
- DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution modeling
- Broader quantitative and qualitative analysis of public company disclosures
What you'll be creating
You'll help develop finance-focused analytical content and exercises that:
- Have a clear, well-supported answer
- Require synthesizing information across multiple filings or sources
- Reflect real-world financial analysis and industry conventions
- Incorporate details from disclosures, footnotes, MD&A, and accounting policies
- Reward careful reading, financial reasoning, and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Sector specialization (financials, energy, industrials, healthcare, technology, etc.)
- Experience creating training materials, assessments, or analytical content
- Prior data annotation, quality review, or research experience
- CFA, CPA, MBA, or other relevant credentials
