About this opportunity
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced software engineers with a finance background who can help train their latest language model on finance-focused engineering tasks. We're looking for senior and staff engineers with 5+ years of experience building systems in financial contexts to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core finance engineering workflows — financial data modelling, system design for high-reliability environments, algorithm implementation, regulatory and compliance-driven architecture decisions, and technical documentation for finance-specific systems.
Qualifications
- Senior or Staff Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in a finance-focused engineering role
- Strong expertise in building reliable, high-performance systems in financial contexts
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
