Role Overview

We are seeking Accounting, Bookkeeping & Finance Professionals to handle general accounting questions and complex finance-related inquiries. The role requires strong practical knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and advisory support.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, audit, controllership, or financial consulting.
• Strong expertise in bookkeeping, AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Experience using accounting or finance software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Odoo, Sage, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide clear, practical accounting guidance.
• Experience supporting SMBs, clients, business owners, or internal finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounting, bookkeeping, and finance-related questions and analyze financial data and identify issues or discrepancies.
• Provide guidance on reconciliations, AP/AR, journal entries, close processes, and financial reports.
• Give advisory recommendations based on accounting best practices.

Nice to Have

• QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop experience.
• Experience as a Controller, Finance Manager, CFO Advisor, Accounting Manager, or Financial Consultant.
• SMB finance, payroll, tax/VAT, or multi-currency accounting experience.

Offer Details:

• Commitment: Up to 40 hours per week.
