Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with AI-driven modules.
2. Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP and business systems in AI development and training environments.
3. Create, refine, and test full-cycle AI prompts to support intelligent process automation and decision-making.
4. Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate business workflows into scalable AI solutions.
5. Document processes and best practices with clarity to facilitate knowledge transfer and training.
6. Identify opportunities for system enhancement and proactively recommend improvements to maximize AI potential.
7. Provide guidance and mentoring to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ERP system development or business systems integration.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
4. Expertise in prompt engineering and the full cycle of prompt creation for AI/ML applications.
5. Solid understanding of AI concepts as they relate to ERP and business processes.
6. Proven ability to document technical processes and communicate with diverse, distributed teams.
7. Self-motivated and adaptable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience training or mentoring others in technical or AI-focused projects.
2. Prior involvement in the implementation of ERP solutions enhanced by AI technologies.
3. Familiarity with multiple ERP platforms and business process modeling tools.
