What You'll Do

• Work on challenging projects to teach AI models complex reasoning in your domain of expertise
• Generate specialized training data for supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and RLHF
• Evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy, quality, and domain correctness
• Contribute to advancing AI capabilities across 300+ expert domains

Requirements

• PhD in Earth and Planetary Sciences
• Expert-level knowledge in Earth and Planetary Sciences
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks
