Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-world insights into document creation, version control, formatting standards, and archiving best practices.
- Review, annotate, and critique AI-generated outputs and tasks associated with document workflows.
- Design realistic scenarios and document management tasks to train and evaluate AI models.
- Deliver structured feedback to ensure quality, consistency, and usability of AI-generated documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance task instructions and documentation processes.
- Uphold the highest standards in organization, formatting, and process compliance in all activities.
- Champion clarity and accuracy in written and verbal communications within a fully remote environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a document-heavy role (e.g., technical writer, legal professional, content manager, or records administrator, etc).
- Proficient with document creation tools (MS Word, Google Docs), cloud storage solutions, and versioning systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail, organizational excellence, and adherence to formatting standards.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills—able to articulate complex document processes clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with platforms like Confluence, Notion, or SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
- Background in process documentation, content auditing, or standard operating procedure (SOP) creation.
- Prior experience in legal, compliance, publishing, or enterprise content management domains.
