What you’ll be doing
At 10x.team, we connect top freelance and fractional professionals with prominent AI labs to advance cutting-edge AI models. In this flexible and influential role, you will:

• Review and refine AI-generated content related to digital transformation, including technology adoption, change management, process optimization, data strategy, and digital innovation

• Evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, practical business impact, and alignment with industry best practices

• Create realistic scenarios covering transformational initiatives such as cloud migrations, legacy system modernization, customer experience redesign, and enterprise digital strategy

• Develop and vary scenarios from diverse perspectives—consultant, project lead, C-level executive, business stakeholder, or IT partner

• Identify gaps in business logic, transformation frameworks, and digital strategy execution

Your expert insights will directly influence how AI models understand complex digital transformation contexts, ensuring outputs mirror real-world practice and reasoning standards. This is not an operational admin role—instead, you will define how AI interprets digital transformation at a systemic level.

Who this is for
We are seeking:

• Experienced digital transformation professionals, consultants, or directors

• Based in the EU or UK

• Skilled in digital strategy, innovation, change management, or technology adoption frameworks

• Knowledgeable about organizational change, transformation processes, and best practices
