Join our client’s creative team as a Digital Artist/ Plastic Artist/ Fine Artist/ Art curator – AI Training, where your artistic insight will help shape how artificial intelligence perceives and understands visual art. In this innovative role, you’ll apply your knowledge of design, composition, and visual aesthetics to evaluate and describe images, helping advanced AI models learn the language of art.

No prior experience with AI is required—only a strong artistic eye, a passion for detail, and an eagerness to explore how technology and creativity intersect.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate gold-standard artworks and visual references that exemplify artistic balance, color harmony, and material techniques.
• Annotate and objectively describe visual elements—such as shape, gesture, light, and spatial depth—using precise and accessible language.
• Evaluate AI-generated images, identifying errors in proportion, perspective, and stylistic execution while offering actionable critique.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback linking visual insights to essential art principles.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and researchers to define nuanced aesthetic criteria and strengthen AI understanding of artistic intent.
• Document and explain traditional art methods—ranging from brushwork to texture application—to enrich AI training datasets.
• Champion best practices in visual interpretation, ensuring the AI models reflect artistic integrity and expressiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record in arts, demonstrated through a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Expertise in composition, color theory, proportion, and visual balance within various media.
• Exceptional ability to communicate visual decisions and artwork analysis both in writing and through verbal discussion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, or photography-based documentation methods.
