This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep professional experience in customer-facing roles and a sharp eye for what real career advice looks like.

What You'll Do
- Review career-related questions submitted by professionals at different stages of their customer service careers
- Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within the customer service field
- Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
- Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
- Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Meaningful professional experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Services, or Call Center Operations
- Strong understanding of customer-facing roles, career ladders, and growth opportunities in the field
- Excellent written communication skills — you can explain things clearly and concisely
- Able to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice rooted in real experience
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Team Lead, Supervisor, or management experience in a customer service environment
- Experience training, coaching, or mentoring customer service professionals
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot
- Quality assurance, performance coaching, or workforce management background
- Customer Success experience
