What You'll Do

• Review career-related questions submitted by professionals at different stages of their corporate communications careers
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within your field
• Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
• Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
• Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Professional experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Internal Communications, or Strategic Communications
• Strong understanding of communications career paths, stakeholder management, and messaging strategy
• Experience mentoring communications professionals is highly valued
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Public relations or media relations experience within the Canadian market
• Executive communications experience, including supporting senior leaders or board-level stakeholders
• Experience with bilingual communications or French-language content in a Canadian context
• Background supporting major Canadian corporations, financial institutions, or public-sector organizations
