About the Role

We're seeking Conversation Quality Analysts to review AI-generated dialogues and conversations. You'll assess whether AI responses sound natural, are helpful, and flow well in context.

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Read and evaluate AI-generated conversations for naturalness and flow
• Rate response quality on helpfulness, tone, and relevance
• Identify awkward phrasing, irrelevant responses, or logical errors
• Compare multiple conversation paths and rank by quality
• Document your evaluations using structured rubrics

Who You Are

• Strong reading comprehension and language instincts
• Ability to judge whether conversation feels natural
• Attention to detail and consistency in ratings
• Comfortable working through large volumes of dialogue
• No AI or linguistics background required
