Concierge Expert

AfterQuery is seeking Concierge Experts to create and refine hospitality and guest services challenges for training AI models. In this remote, flexible role, you will design and evaluate service scenarios that test the AI's ability to interpret and apply complex hospitality principles, ensuring that our models can navigate real-world guest requests, problem-solving situations, and luxury service standards with precision and practical insight. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between exceptional concierge practice and innovative AI solutions, making a tangible impact on the future of hospitality technology.

Commitment: 10 hours/week | Pay: $35 - $75 / hour | Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality hospitality questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as guest request fulfillment, local recommendations, travel arrangements, problem resolution, luxury service protocols, cultural sensitivity, event planning, and more.
• Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to concierge and hospitality best practices.
• Collaborate with a team of hospitality and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a concierge in hotels, residential buildings, or luxury service environments with a robust understanding of guest services and hospitality standards.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior involvement in hospitality training, service excellence initiatives, or hospitality technology projects.
• Professional certifications (Les Clefs d'Or, hospitality management credentials) or specialized training in luxury services is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI or technology-driven hospitality applications is a plus.
