Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your engineering knowledge to train and enhance AI models relevant to civil, structural, and design engineering domains.
- Analyze complex engineering challenges and provide clear, actionable input for AI development teams.
- Contribute engineering expertise toward the planning, design, and oversight of building structures, transportation networks, water systems, and more.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to ensure AI outputs reflect industry best practices.
- Review and interpret civil engineering data, drawings, and project documentation for integration into AI models.
- Provide authoritative written and verbal feedback to refine AI decision-making processes.
- Continuously identify and communicate opportunities for AI applications in civil engineering projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a City Engineer, Civil Engineer, County Engineer, Design Engineer, Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer, Licensed Engineer, Project Engineer, Railroad Design Consultant, or Structural Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of structural and design engineering principles, including planning, design, construction, and maintenance.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities with a solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, project plans, and technical documentation.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating on AI, machine learning, or data-driven engineering projects.
- Familiarity with digital tools for engineering design and analysis.
- Previous involvement in training or mentoring others in technical settings.
