In this high-impact, part-time role, you will leverage your subject matter expertise to design, develop, and deploy transformative AI programs, collaborating closely with senior executives and AI specialists. Key Responsibilities:
- Determine and formulate AI training policies and provide cohesive strategic direction within organizational guidelines set by the board of directors or similar governing body.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate AI-focused operational activities at the highest level, working with subordinate executives and staff managers to ensure alignment and execution.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for AI training, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure programs remain leading-edge and effective.
- Develop and foster a continuous learning culture, ensuring the integration of AI training across departments and levels of the organization.
- Represent the organization externally, engaging partners and stakeholders to advance AI training objectives and build strategic alliances.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current AI training programs, making data-driven recommendations and improvements as needed.
- Champion clear, impactful communication—both written and verbal—across all training and executive initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a Chief Executive or equivalent senior management position (e.g., CEO, COO, CTO, Executive Director).
- Demonstrated expertise in AI training, development, and implementation within a corporate or organizational context.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker adept at navigating complex organizational structures and driving transformative change.
- Experience formulating policy, providing executive direction, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and enhance operational processes related to AI education and upskilling.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional executives and managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience designing and launching enterprise-wide AI learning initiatives.
- Familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI deployment and training.
