Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, test, and optimize smart contracts and decentralized applications for blockchain platforms.
2. Train and mentor AI models by providing real-world blockchain engineering feedback and knowledge.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain technologies into AI-driven solutions.
4. Document engineering processes and provide detailed technical insights to improve AI learning accuracy.
5. Contribute to the design and architecture of secure, scalable, and efficient Web3 systems.
6. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in blockchain, Web3, and AI technologies.
7. Clearly articulate complex technical concepts both verbally and in writing, ensuring effective communication across the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in blockchain and Web3 engineering.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of smart contract development (e.g., Solidity, Rust, or similar languages).
4. Proficiency in decentralized application (dApp) frameworks and related tools.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, reflecting a deep commitment to clarity.
7. Proven ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Previous experience training or mentoring AI systems or engineering teams.
2. Advanced knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
