• Compensation: $12–$30 USD/hour

What You'll Do

• Listen to Spanish-language audio clips — conversations, narration, instructions, and more — and assess them for clarity, accuracy, and naturalness
• Write clear, well-structured English prompts and descriptions based on Spanish audio content
• Evaluate the quality, tone, and cultural appropriateness of spoken Spanish content
• Identify issues such as mispronunciations, unnatural phrasing, background noise, or unclear speech
• Provide structured, detailed feedback using rating scales and written commentary in English
• Craft creative and challenging English-language prompts to test and improve AI audio comprehension
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Fluent or native-level listening comprehension in Spanish — you can follow natural, conversational speech with ease
• Strong written communication skills in English — your writing is clear, precise, and well-organized
• Comfortable listening to a wide variety of accents, speaking styles, and audio quality levels
• Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach to tasks
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
• No prior AI, tech, or audio engineering experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in transcription, translation, interpretation, or linguistics
• Familiarity with different regional Spanish accents — Caribbean, Mexican, Central American, South American, Castilian, and beyond
• Background in writing, editing, content creation, or journalism
• Experience with audio evaluation, quality assurance, or language assessment
• Familiarity with AI tools or language evaluation workflows
