Join our customer's team as an Art Curator – AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping how artificial intelligence perceives and understands art. In this unique position, you will leverage your expertise in visual analysis and artistic interpretation to curate, evaluate, and describe artworks, directly influencing creative AI models to better recognize style, technique, and artistic intent.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and select exemplary artworks and visual references that showcase artistic balance, color harmony, and material technique.
• Annotate and describe visual elements—such as shape, gesture, light, and spatial depth—using precise, accessible written language.
• Evaluate AI-generated images, identifying issues in proportion, perspective, and style, while providing clear, actionable critique.
• Deliver detailed written feedback linking visual insights to fundamental art principles.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and researchers to define nuanced aesthetic criteria and enhance AI’s understanding of artistic intent.
• Document and explain traditional art methodologies, including brushwork and texture application, to expand and enrich creative datasets.
• Champion best practices in visual interpretation, ensuring curated datasets reflect artistic integrity, expressiveness, and diversity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
• Comprehensive understanding of composition, color theory, perspective, and visual storytelling.
