Job Summary:

Join our customer's dynamic team as an Archictec and play a pivotal role in shaping innovative design strategies for next-generation projects. As a key contributor, you will engage in creative problem-solving while collaborating with cutting-edge AI technology, specifically training large language models (LLMs) in architecture-related content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate creative architectural strategies and concepts for diverse projects.
• Communicate your design rationale effectively to help train architectural AI models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of creative processes and technological solutions.
• Document your creative decision-making process in both written and verbal formats for knowledge transfer and AI training.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance the learning and capabilities of LLM-based Architect AI Trainers.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in architecture, AI, and technology, applying new insights to ongoing projects.
• Champion a culture of innovation and open communication within the customer's team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from a US or European institution.
• Proven ability to develop and execute creative architectural strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and detail.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex design processes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with remote, full-time collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative architectural solutions.
• Advanced education (Master’s degree or higher) in Architecture or related discipline.
