We are seeking experienced AI professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.

What you’ll be doing

At 10x.team, we connect fractional and freelance professionals with leading AI labs to enhance the next generation of large AI systems.

In this practical and high-impact role, you will:

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logical consistency, and real-world applicability

• Evaluate responses for technical correctness, clarity, and alignment with best practices in AI

• Draft realistic and challenging scenarios and tasks for AI models to assess their reasoning, capabilities, and limitations

• Identify weak points or oversights in AI reasoning, proposed solutions, or output generation

• Suggest improvements or corrections to help AI systems perform more effectively on professional and technical tasks

• Provide feedback from the perspective of an experienced AI specialist

In simple terms:
You will assess and improve AI-generated content to ensure it reflects state-of-the-art AI knowledge, problem-solving, and reasoning standards. Your expertise will help AI systems better understand and address complex technical topics.

Who this is for

You are:

• An AI specialist, data scientist, machine learning engineer, or expert in artificial intelligence

• Based in the EU or UK

• With several years of hands-on experience developing, evaluating, or applying AI systems and methodologies

• Familiar with popular AI frameworks, tools, and research trends

• Comfortable identifying mistakes, flawed reasoning, or misalignments in machine-generated outputs

• Available for 8 to 20 hours per week

• Able to start in the coming weeks
