Are you an experienced account manager interested in applying your expertise in a cutting-edge, flexible context? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your current projects or consulting work?

We are looking for freelance account managers based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.

What you’ll be doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.

Your role is practical and high impact. You will:

• Review and refine AI-generated responses and outputs related to account management scenarios

• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, relevance to business needs, and real-world applicability

• Draft realistic account management case studies, including client communications, solution recommendations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management

• Assess AI reasoning in areas such as client engagement, account growth strategies, and relationship development

• Identify gaps or misinterpretations in proposed strategies or communications

• Create variations on scenarios from multiple perspectives, such as client, account manager, or team lead

In summary
You will assess and improve AI-generated content to ensure it reflects real-world account management standards, practices, and reasoning. Your work will help scale and advance the quality of AI systems working in business relationship and account management contexts.

Who this is for
You are:

• An experienced account manager, client success professional, or business relationship expert

• Based in the EU or UK

• With several years of experience managing accounts, driving retention, or consulting for clients in a professional context

• Experienced with client management tools, strategies, and industry best practices

• Comfortable identifying unrealistic assumptions or communication issues

• Available 8 to 20 hours per week

• Able to start in the coming weeks
